How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Orders placed before 9:00 AM are usually shipped out from our warehouse on the same day on all working days (Mon-Sat).
  • Those placed later or on a Sunday or on Public holidays are processed and shipped out on the next working day.
  • Once shipped out from our warehouse in Pollachi, deliveries usually happen within 4-7 working days depending on your location.
  • If your shipping address is in a remote area that is not easily accessible by regular courier companies, the delivery of your order may take a little longer.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, acts of God or inter-galactic rioting, the delivery time may increase by a few days.

I wasn’t available at the time of delivery, but I want my order. What do I do?

Don’t worry, if you missed your delivery at the first attempt. There will be two more attempts by our delivery executive to deliver your order.

What if my order is undelivered?

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund to your printail wallet within 48 hours.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order before it has been shipped?

Sorry, that is not possible at the moment as the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. That said, we never say never! You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order.

What if my order contains a Customized product?

Customized products usually take 1-3 working days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) to be manufactured and shipped out from our warehouse. 

How do I track my order?

  • You will receive an e-mail with your courier tracking link once your order is shipped out from our warehouse. You can also find the tracking information from your Order History page.
  • Do check your e-mail spam folder in case you can’t find the e-mail from us.

Are there any shipping charges?

  • ₹50 (non-refundable) for prepaid and POD (Pay On Delivery) orders. 
  • Free shipping for Printail Gold members.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email & SMS with your order ID.
You’ll receive another email & SMS once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!

My order status reads delivered, but I have not yet received it. 

  • Your order may have been received by someone else on your behalf.
  • If your address is a residential address please check with your neighbour/security guard.
  • If your address is non-residential then please check with the reception team.

Why can’t I see the POD (Pay On Delivery) option?

  • If the Pay On Delivery (POD) option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code. You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where POD is available).

Moreover, POD can’t be availed in below mentioned cases as well:

  • POD is not available for customized products.
  • If you have applied coupons on the cart that are only applicable on Prepaid orders or have added Gold membership to your cart. You may, however, opt for any other mode of payment such as Debit Card, Credit Card, or using an Online Wallet.
  • If a user has canceled/returned/rto multiple orders repetitively we have put in guard rules to stop them from using POD as an option.
  • Also, a customer is not allowed to have more than 2 POD orders in process i.e. if you have placed 2 orders in POD and its yet to be delivered you can still place an order but now it should be prepaid or Other payment options can be used in such a case to place an order.
